Our team

The NISS Foundation team is a hand selected group of professionals that range from medical consultants, attorneys, financial advisors, accountants, analysts, consultants, and administrative support. Anthony March, Founder, Chairman & President of the NISS Foundation, is a nationally recognized and a highly credentialed Strategic Financial & Estate Planning Advisor with top industry designations such as CEA® (Certified Estate Advisor), CEP® (Certified Estate Planner), CCIBSA® (Certified Charitable Installment Bargain Sale Advisor, and RFC® (Registered Financial Consultant) to name a few. After years of work, Anthony (and NISS™ tax attorneys) designed and developed the Charitable Installment Bargain Sale® after years of strategic financial, retirement and estate planning experience with top financial and insurance companies. Anthony is an esteemed member and registered with the IARFC (International Association of Registered Financial Consultants), NAFEP (National Association of Financial and Estate Planners), and NICEP (National Institute of Certified Estate Planners). Mr. March holds many other licenses and degrees as well as being appointed to many of the industry, and nation’s top financial and insurance firms. Among them are; AIG, American National, American Skandia, AXA, AmerUs, American Equity, EquiTrust, Genworth, GreatWest, Guardian Life, Indianapolis Life, Jefferson Pilot, Jackson National, John Hancock, F&G, The Hartford, Legacy, Lincoln Financial, Mass Mutual, Met Life, Midland National, New York Life, Northwest Mutual, Old Mutual, Ohio National, Pacific Life, Principal Financial, Protective Life, Prudential, SunLife, Travelers, TransAmerica, Zurich Kemper, Washington National, Western Reserve, and West Coast Life. Mr. March is also a U.S Patent holder from his development of the Child ID Program technology (pre-internet in 1995-1996) to provide a national and global network to help law enforcement find missing children in the most efficient way possible. This technology remains in use today, helping law enforcement bring children home.

Other divisions within NISS work closely with other national public charities to qualify those that are granted recovery and rehabilitation assistance. This division approves the rehabilitation and resort venues for family rest for such recovery efforts. This group handles direct general foundation operations, working closely with staff to support NISS™ recovery efforts and created by NISS™, the Charitable Installment Bargain Sale® (aka: NISS Asset Exchange™) support. This department is an invaluable to bridge communication between IT, analytical, and philanthropic support for NISS™.

Our Real Estate Liquidation and Referral division is headed up by a licensed real estate broker in North Carolina and luxury property specialist that works with hundreds of real estate offices to get properties listed when and as needed with area specialists in the demographic to which the property(ies) are located. This department communicates these needs to the managing brokers of local real estate offices to make sure there is a coordinated effort to prepare the property for liquidation and marketability on behalf of our sellers/donors. The NISS Foundation has relationships with nearly every major real estate company in the United States and as such can make sure a proper match occurs for area expertise to get each property sold.

NISS™ has more than 40 independent contractors and employees to support NISS Foundation efforts in all time zones of the United States (and abroad as needed). NISS™ operates out of the Outer Banks of North Carolina and Northern Virginia. The NISS Foundation brings major financial and legal resource to prospective donors/property owners, allowing NISS™ to help families in need and in the process rescue those with tax-trapped appreciated assets.

The NISS Foundation is made up of three servicing divisions. The NISS™ Recovery division will work directly with families in need and other public non-profit organizations. The NISS Pro™ division provides direct assistance to professional attorneys, accountants, advisors, agents, brokers and realtors nationwide and is currently more than 11,000 strong, servicing all 50 states. The NISS Direct™ division works directly with property/asset holders that contact NISS™ and request help directly. The NISS Direct™ division works closely with the NISS Pro™ division to provide clients referral to local legal, accounting, advisement or real estate counsel to help the client/donor where and as needed. NISS™ provides a complete asset transferal and exchange services through NISS™ experienced legal counsel.
